How does it work?
Regal Drycleaners Online provides a convenient corporate pick-up and delivery service for premium drycleaning and corporate shirt laundry. After registration you simply place an online order for your garments to be picked-up from your business premises.
A high quality customised garment bag is provided free of charge. Your drycleaning orders are to be placed in this garment bag which will be collected by Urgent Couriers and delivered to our Newmarket facility for processing. Please place your first order in a disposable bag as the customised garment bag is delivered to you with your first completed order.
There are two levels of priority. Standard priority orders are returned with your garment bag by 4.30pm, 3 business days later (e.g. order placed Monday before 2.00pm – returned by Thursday 4.30pm). Express priority orders are returned by 4.30pm, 2 business days later (e.g. order placed Monday before 2.00pm – returned by Wednesday 4.30pm).
Where and when does the service operate?
The service is limited to business addresses within the specified area (click on Map at right) to view). At this stage the service is not available to residential addresses for security reasons.
Regal Drycleaners Pick-Up & Delivery service operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders will be collected within 3 hours of order placement.
Orders placed prior to 2.00pm on a business day will be picked up on the same day, orders placed after 2.00pm will be collected no later than 10.00am the next business day (i.e. orders placed 3.00pm Friday collected by 10.00am Monday).
How do I place an order?
After your initial registration you can place an order by logging in with your user name and password in the Order Pick-Up section on our home page. You then select the service level – Regal Care or Couture Care (described on “Order Pick-Up” page) and confirm the number of garments in the order – this will be verified by us upon receipt of the order. You are able to make special requests ie- crease/no crease, spot stain etc. Finally you select the “Order Pick-Up Now” button. A job tracking number will be supplied to you online.
The entire order can be placed in around 30-60 seconds, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely online using Payment Express from DPS. Your credit card information is not stored by Regal Drycleaners and cannot be accessed. You will be required to enter your credit card details the first time you register online and you will only be directed to do this again when your card has expired or is due to expire.
Payment Express removes the hassle of entering your credit card information each time you place an order online and gives you peace of mind that your information is secure. If you are a first time user you will now be directed to a secure payment page where you will be required to enter your credit card information. A $1 temporary authorisation fee is made to ensure the credit card is valid. Once the credit card has been authorised the $1 amount is removed and the amount of the order will be charged to your card when it has been processed by us.
Is it secure?
To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure appropriate use of any customer supplied information, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial processes to protect the information we collect via our website.
